Our Shipping & Refunds Policy

Shipping

All orders placed on this site will be delivered via a door to door courier service, within South Africa only. If you’d prefer to have your order delivered via Pep Paxi please order on WhatsApp

We ship from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information

Delivery takes 1-3 business days in main centres and up to 7 business days in outlying areas. While we make make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier issues may affect delivery times.

 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be responsible for any extra costs for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address and contact information, you will be responsible for the return and reshipment fees. Please double check your delivery and contact information before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately due to high rates of theft and hijacking, some areas are considered high crime risk by our door to door courier partners and surcharges apply. We will invoice you the balance before dispatch.

If you reside in a “high-risk” area please note that you may sometimes be asked to meet the driver at your nearest police station as opposed to getting a door delivery. Courier will contact you to make arrangements.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O Box addresses. If you reside in rural or remote areas, your order will be sent via Pep. Please order on WhatsApp

Refunds

Please note that all orders are final and we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY after receipt with pictures and videos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
